Techno Holt Pvt. Ltd. — electronics & software lab

Electronics and software, built to tolerance.

Techno Holt Labs is an engineering lab in Rawalpindi. One bench designs boards, writes firmware, and repairs hardware; the next ships mobile apps, cloud platforms, AI systems, and blockchain products. Same engineers, same standards, one point of contact.

01 — THE LAB

Two benches, one wall, one bug tracker.

Registered with SECP, Pakistan · Gulraiz Colony, Rawalpindi · since 2022

Techno Holt Pvt. Ltd. is a private limited engineering company registered with the SECP, running a lab in Gulraiz Colony, Rawalpindi since 2022. One side of the lab holds soldering and rework stations, bench instruments, and drawers of dev boards. The other holds the software benches — where the mobile apps, backends, and AI pipelines that ship with our hardware get built and reviewed.

We are deliberately structured: five head engineers, each leading a sub-team, covering embedded systems, PCB design, mobile, cloud, and AI. The engineer who reviews a schematic is on the same floor as the one writing the companion app — short handoffs, fewer translation errors, honest estimates. If part of an idea won’t survive contact with physics or a budget, we say so before you’ve paid for it.

02 — CHANNELS

Two channels, one instrument.

Hardware on CH1, software on CH2 — designed together, tested together, shipped together.

CH1 · HARDWARE

  • Embedded firmware & edge compute

Bare-metal and RTOS firmware for ESP32, STM32, and nRF-class parts, plus embedded Linux and on-device AI on Raspberry Pi and NVIDIA Jetson — BLE, OTA updates with integrity checks, power management, and sensor fusion, debugged on real hardware.

    C · C++ · RTOS · Embedded Linux · Edge AI
  • PCB design & layout

Schematic capture through layout, from simple 2-layer carriers to a shipped Ø35 mm 8-layer wearable. Design-rule-clean gerbers with full fabrication and assembly handoff packs.

    2–8 layers · DRC-clean · Gerber X2
  • Prototyping & bring-up

First articles assembled and brought up in-house: board bring-up, fault isolation, firmware flashing, and a written report of what was measured — not what was hoped.

    Bring-up · Rework · Validation
  • Test, repair & production support

Diagnosis and rework for boards that misbehave, plus what production needs: bills of materials a contract manufacturer can order, test procedures, and assembly documentation.

BOM · Test jigs · Documentation

CH2 · SOFTWARE

  • Mobile applications

Flutter and native apps shipped to both stores — including companion apps that pair over BLE with hardware designed three benches away. Auth, payments, offline sync, release engineering.

    Flutter · iOS · Android · BLE
  • Web, cloud & business platforms

Typed frontends and APIs with automated tests, CI pipelines, and staging environments — plus the heavier back-office lifting: full ERP and CRM systems, desktop tools, and the workflows that run a company.

    React · NestJS · ERP · CRM
  • AI & ML systems

Production AI beyond the demo: vision and speech pipelines, retrieval-augmented assistants, LLM-driven workflow engines — including a full video-assembly studio that runs without a GPU.

Vision · Speech · RAG · LLM agents
  • Blockchain, AR & specialized builds

Multichain wallets with hardware-card signing, asset tokenization platforms, persistent-anchor AR SDKs with Flutter and React Native bridges, and the custom tools none of the above cover.

Wallets · Tokenization · AR SDKs
03 — SIGNAL PATH

From spec to shipped, probed at every stage.

The one place numbering is earned — the process really is a sequence.

  1. TP1

    Scope

A call, then a written spec with milestones and a price. If something in the brief won’t work, this is where we tell you — not at month three.

  2. TP2

    Design

Schematics and architecture reviewed by the leads who will build them. Hardware and software are designed together, not thrown over a wall.

  3. TP3

    Build

Boards on the bench, branches in review. Every week you get progress you can hold in your hand or log into — not a slide deck.

  4. TP4

    Validate

Boards through functional test before they leave the lab; releases through CI and staging before they reach a user. Failures get logged and fixed, not explained away.

  5. TP5

    Ship

Gerbers, firmware, source, and deployment docs handed over in full. You own everything we made; nothing stays hostage in our repo.

04 — TEST REPORTS

Real work, reported like measurements.

Eleven of 100+ delivered projects. Anonymized by policy — the engineering is real, the names stay in the lab.
